On Wednesday 27 March 2019 the Committee of the Harborne Society unanimously agreed the following resolution: “That the distribution of the Society’s funds having been completed the current account … be closed and that the Honorary Treasurer be authorised to take all appropriate action in connection therewith following which the Harborne Society shall be deemed dissolved in accordance with Article 10 of the Constitution.”
The Harborne Society, under the terms of the Constitution, distributed the Society’s remaining funds of some £11,000 to the following organisations:

- St Mary’s Church
- Court Oak Methodist Church
- Harborne Primary School
- St Peter’s Primary School
- St Mary’s Primary School
- Welsh House Farm Primary School
- Harborne Planning Watch
- Queen Elizabeth Hospital Charity
